The company was founded in 1975 by Mr. Emmanuel Moumtzis.
Mechanical Engineer graduate, his deep knowledge in the field of Machinery was applied and cultivated in the field of railway rolling stock and spare parts for buses and trucks. ASEA MOUMTZIS is a family-owned business dedicated in creating a positive work environment based on our core values.

1975 - 2021
The company was founded by Emmanuel Moumtzis under the name Fostiropoulou-Moumtzis S.A.
Ms. Fostiropoulou sold her share to Emmanuel Moumtzis and left the company. At the same time, the family of Emmanuel Moumtzis joins the company as new shareholders.
Albertos Moumtzis the son of the founder, a qualified Mechanical Engineer, joined the company, contributing significantly to its development.
The company begins to offer after sales services to its customers, within the framework of the multi-year guarantee offered by the market leading manufacturers that represents.
The company was renamed to "ASEA MOUMTZIS SA".
The company relocates to new, private-owned premises in Athens.
The company begins to operate in the automotive sector focusing on public transport.
The company signs a maintenance contract with TRAINOSE.
The company participates with its own stand in the InnoTrans exhibition in Berlin.
Today, with 20 years of experience in the industry, Albertos Moumtzis has taken full responsibility of the company's management.
